I have extensive experience of the film industry, a varied skillset and a passion for making stories come to life. I have a first class degree in advertising and have worked as a: set design assistant (The Mill, Converse, Brown’s and feature films); advertising agencies as a production assistant (Vismedia and 180 Amsterdam); and director’s assistant and visual researcher (Stink Films and Spindle).
Working for both ad agencies and production companies has given me a deep understanding of how ideas are formed, the roles of director and producer and the relationships between client, agency and production companies. I have experience making treatments, helping write scripts, assisting producers, image research, casting, assisting on set, developing budgets and timelines, and I’m proficient with Adobe Photoshop, PremierPro, Indesign and Illustrator.
I am a hard worker with a positive mindset and enjoy working in a team. I have an eye for detail and a passion for the creative process. In my spare time I make music videos and short documentaries with many of the friends that I have worked with over the years across the industry.
